First post

Hi everyone. This is my first post here in the forum. I am relatively new to buying or collecting luxury watches. I was given a Tag by my brother in 2007 and has worn that since. I recently bought a Speedmaster 3570.50. Now I am considering buying a DJ from my uncle who is selling his 1995 DJ with Tapestry dial.

Here are some photos I took yesterday.

The watch was carefully worn and has spent most of it's life inside the box. There are no scratches, dings or dents anywhere. It really is like new. The bracelet almost has no stretch to it.

I would like to get everyone's opinion on the dial. I am not a big fan of the tapestry dial. I would prefer a plain silver, blue or grey dial. How easy or hard is it to find one and have it replaced? How much would be the cost? Where is a good place to have that done in Philadelphia, PA and/or San Jose, CA?

Thank you so much!

Hubert
