Exactly, true grails are not obtainable (and it's all relative person to person). I've got my obtainable grail list for sure. Once you hit one of those it's onto the next! 5970G for me, now I desperately want a 5004P. It's delicious, and a grail for sure. But not a grail in the fullest sense because in half a decades time I can probably secure one (as was done with the 5970).
But my true grail of grails is blue dial 5970P or the 5131J "View of the City of Geneva" both are 1:1 and I doubt I will ever have enough liquid funds if they went to auction and both of which probably won't see public sale for some time. My other grail that I know 100% I will never get is a 5074P, it's just too much. |
