Dilemma - APROC RG or AP NOV SS

Hi Friends...

So I have narrowed down my choices to the AP ROC RG and the AP Nov in Steel... I dropped the AP Nov Ceramic coz very simply I feel its way overpriced.
I have a couple of shots below and I would like to know what you guys think... Both are very different watches so it is important to know that at the moment my only watch is the Omega Planet Ocean which is my daily beater... I had a FC Novelty earlier and had sold it expecting to pick up an all-ceramic but the price has put me off...
I know the ROC RG is great with formals but do you think it will be good for weekend wear... I have attached a pic in jeans and a t-shirt which is what I usually like to wear.... I know the ideal choice is an AP Nov RG but seriously out of my budget at this time.....
What do you guys think? Would you go with the ROC RG (black face or white face) or Nov SS considering this would be the onlty watch for some time and considering I'm more of a casual type of person....
Thanks for your comments in advance :-)
