Shipping rolex to usa (being held in customs)

I recently bought a rolex watch from the usa (through ebay) and the description differed from the actual watch I received, after discussing with the buyer he had agreed if I can return the watch for a full refund

So 1st time it got collected I didnt have the correct documents needed several copies and watch value of individual parts etc so next day different person took it with all the correct documents.

after looking today Ive seen its stuck in Memphis TN customs after getting an update it says the following:


Reason For Delay: Recommended Action:
1. Goods being imported may be subject to trademark/copyright/IPR restrictions. Shipper or Importer must obtain proof or authorization from the trademark/copyright owner.

now the watch is labelled as a return and I provided supporting evidence of this, after looking into it it seems that uk sellers dont like shipping rolex to USA due to customs problems and that they can be held up for a while and then most likely re-shipped back to the customer

anyone have any advice on the situation, tomorrow I will call fedex who took the package for their advice too as Im unable to find a correct number for memphis TN customs if anyone can provide it and the code needed to call it from the uk i will be very grateful
