I recently bought a new 116613 from my AD and after a week or so I noticed a tiny chip in the crystal. I checked a picture I'd posted on here when I first opened the box, and sure enough it was there from the start. It was so minor that not a big surprise we missed it; these things happen.

I took it back to the AD who said they'd sort it ASAP, no questions asked. A week later later it arrives back with a new crystal and a couple of small gifts.

Awesome experience as always, these guys really are great to deal with, won't ever buy elsewhere.
