Watch runs slow on winder?

I've noticed that my GMT TT C runs about 4 sec a day slow on the winder but 1 sec per day fast on my wrist. I am not complaining, I know this is pretty good and within specs.

I was just wondering if it runs faster in warmer situations (on my wrist) vs. the cool environment of my closet?
