Where to get lume redone?

This is a follow-up to "A bit of a service disaster" (http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=328029) where I had a lot of help from you guys already. Summing up: a local hack relumed the hands on my 94010 Sub without asking, and now it looks like crap.

Doctor Clock isn't going to do a damn thing for me (that was clear before I even started to burn him locally) so I'm working to get my money back from my CC (surprisingly not as easy as one would expect when one has written admission of unauthorised work) and considering suing the guy. But no matter what happens, I need to get the snowflake looking right.

What should I do? Get NOS hands (expensive!) or have the hands relumed again to match the indices? It annoys me if I relume that the hands will glow and the indices won't: perhaps I should have both done.

How much of a drop in value am I going to suffer by having anything relumed? This watch was completely original when I got it, and while I didn't buy it to sell it, there's always the possibility. If I sue Doctor Clock I'll have to consider that, too.

Thanks for the help.
