Icon14 RSC Beverly Hills - Two Thumbs UP!

Long story short, I recently purchased two Rolexes (YG GMT and TT Smurf) and was disappointed when I found out that both watches were not "perfect". The TT Smurf had a misaligned bezel and the YG GMT had a misaligned bezel, two dust particles, and a tiny piece of lint by the serial number.

I took both watches to the RSC at Beverly Hills to be fixed under warranty on two separate trips and the turnaround was incredibly fast! The TT Smurf took one day and the YG GMT two days... and all issues were fixed by the RSC.

Though I am disappointed that these watches came with issues (questionable QC from HQ), I am happy that at least the RSC at Beverly Hills got the job done and in excellent time! This is my first "service experience" with Rolex and I'm a very happy camper with the level of service they have here. I am lucky to have such a competent RSC this close. This kind of service definitely instills confidence again in the brand.
