At a great place in Monterrey Mexico called "La Escondida".

Small tomato soup de bienvenida
Queso fundido con chorizo (melted cheese with ground sausage)
Tortilla soup
Enchiladas of chicken and filet with red and black mole
Dessert was a coconut cake with carmel sauce.
Digestif was a pair of Tequilas (Maestro Dobel Diamonte and Don Julio '70)
