Another "thoughts on this 5513" thread

So I've been looking for about a month now, and I think I have a much better idea of what to look for. What are everyone's thoughts on this one?

Is the price too high? I think I can work the seller down a little bit, but I want to at least know if it's in the right ballpark. I'm slightly worried about the insert's authenticity (maybe for no good reason), as from what I've read the fat font "kissing 40" inserts ended around the mid-60s, and this is a 1970 5513. The lugs look good and not overly polished, the dial and hands match and are exactly the shade of patina that I want.
