I just picked up this Waltham GG-W-113.

It appears to be in very good shape with a couple small scratches on the crystal which I should be able to buff out with some polywatch.

It seems to be running well but occasionally the second hand seems to get stuck on the minute hand between 10:05 & 10:10. A tap on the crystal will usually get it running again.

Any ideas on what might cause this? I've show it to a local jeweller who suggested a movement service/cleaning & hand adjustment but I wanted to get opinions here before doing anything.
