PAM 328 in for repair for the 2nd time in 3 years.
Aside from regular service, I've never had a watch that required a single repair let alone two. I have never dropped any of my watches and I even take them off prior to doing anything where my arm speed could cause unnecessary stress on the mechanical movement.
The first time the watch made a grinding sound while winding and the reserve wouldn't make it past 48 hours. Panerai repaired it under warranty and it ran perfectly. 2.5 years later, I noticed my watch would barely make it past 24 hours and has even stopped working a couple hours after winding. I brought it in the the boutique and they said it would be fixed as part of the regular service. Kind of disappointed in the quality of this movement. |
