Hello From France

Hi, I figured that I haven't presented myself in this section, even though I have been a member for a few years, so here it comes :)
I am from France, and used to live in the US (Boston) for four years. I have always been interested in watches, but I really started to look more into it when I got married, as my family in law wanted to offer me a nice watch for the occasion. I ended up with a Tag Grand Carrera 6 which at first didn't appeal to me too much, but I learned to love it as it is beautifully designed (various surface treatments glossy/brushed...)

After a while, I started to be more and interested in Rolex watches, and the one I really fell in love with was the SD 16600 for a technical but yet classy and flawless design. I started to put money aside, and when i turned 30, my parents and my wife helped me complete my budget to get one !

I have had various watches since then, like a 1956 6694, a T serial 14060, a 2012, 216570 that I still have but I am thinking of selling to get another one that I am still not sure what it is going to be and several others that have come and gone.

that is what I like: getting one, wearing it for a while and get another one in its place when my mood changes.
