Hello, I am in USA and sold an item for approx $1500usd to a buyer in Asia (buyer has strong feedback in high end Rolex purchases). Buyer has now asked that I show declared value of $100. Important to note he is paying via paypal; it's an eBay sale.

Can I still insure it through Fedex for $1500 in case it gets lost or otherwise disappears enroute, or can I only insure it for declared value?

Anybody with experience in this scenario? If so, please PM or post up. Thanks very much; I appreciate it.
