Need some advice
Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum and require some advice regarding a Rolex I have seen. I admit to not knowing alot about Rolex watches so I don't really know what to look for but from what i have seen you guys are VERY knowledgeable. the watch I have seen is an automatic Rolex Oyster Perpetual circa 1952. it has a stainless steel bracelet with a 14k yellow gold bezel and crown and a refinished original black face. Been polished and serviced and comes with a 1 year warranty from the jewellers but no papers which naturally makes me dubious. that is about all I know about the watch but I have seen it and I love it! could you guys tell me a bit about it and if it is genuine etc. It is from a jewellers that sells pre-owned Rolex & other high end watches in the US. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this will be my first Rolex and I do not want to waste my money on a fake or a dud. thanks in advance |
