Time Adjusting Myths .....

Folks,

This is regarding my sub and SD .... if I notice my watch is running slow then can I just undo the crown and adjust the time without worrying when I pull the crown, the positions of the 3 hands? and which direction I move the hands to adjust the time?

I have seen some videos where people says that to adjust time, you gotta wait till seconds hand crosses 12 and never go counter clockwise.. it is bad for the watch

Any truth to these time adjusting myths?

thnx
