Springbar tool name + story behind
So instead of using my burgeon (correct me if it's misspelled) cause I was having trouble taking one end off first. I guess I'm no expert in this.
I took it to the AD and they had a wonderful tool. It had both ends and it looked like a clamp. Able to take both ends of the spring bar at once! Can someone tell me the name of this tool and where I can get it? I feel ugly always walking into an AD without the intention of making a purchase. Today I had a bad experience when I walked into the AD with my sub on a Zulu. The guy looked at my wrist and I said I wanted my bracelet back on and asked if they had the tools. The guy said we don't have the tools and followed up with a question asking what brand my watch was. At that point I just wanted to keep playing along since I had my watch face down and he was only able to see the Zulu. At that point another sales came over and said he had the tools and fixed it in 2 minutes. When I left I really wanted to go back to the other salesperson and say how rude and impolite he was. Judging by a Zulu and thinking it's not a Rolex. |
