Rolex Service Center Scratched my Watch

I was at the San Francisco authorized service center and asked if they had a red/black insert for my 16710. I currently have the red/blue insert. They changed out the insert while I waited. I was in awe of the new look this gave the 16710 that I paid and walked out and was able to keep the red/blue insert.

While working I noticed what I thought was a smudge mark on my watch. So I removed my watch only to realize my watch had been scratched. Probably due to a watch vice that the service center used to hold my watch while replacing the insert. There are two distinctive marks. I was only able to photograph one of the scratches as the other one wouldn't appear with my IPhone.

At first I was annoyed. Then I thought about it for a second, put my watch back on my wrist, shrugged my shoulders and continued working. At the end of the day, for me it's just a watch and I have no intentions of having this polished (bracelet or case) when it goes in for servicing later this year. Cheers!
