Jubilee Surprise

I was visiting a watch-dealer friend today, looking at some watches, and mentioned that I would like to have a Jubilee bracelet for the GMT II that I was wearing. Her father (an elderly Chinese gentleman) then disappeared into a back room and came out with a 20-year-old, fully stickered NOS 62510H bracelet with 502b endlinks, and 50 stamped on the bracelet (which he said indicated that it was meant to be worn on a GMT). It had been sitting in his safe since he bought it in the mid 90s.

I wasn't sure how much something like this was worth, but I'm pretty sure that the $320 he asked was a more than fair price, and I paid up without haggling.

Some photos of the new look.....
