Is this genuine Yatch Master?
Hello all,
New member, I apologize if I am posting in the wrong section. I picked up a Rolex Yatch Master a few weeks back. I checked a lot on the internet to learn about the things I have to look to spot a fake. From what I had learned this turns out to be genuine, and I am a newbie. Couple of things that tells me it might be a fake are - the second hand is stainless steel with a white circle; the links that hold the strap are a 'pin' not the tiny screws. I removed 3 links so that it would fit my hand. I paid less than two hundred bucks in an estate sale. I know I took my chances. I intend to keep this, maybe pass it to my son when I am old. Pictures were shot with a camera that didnt have a macro option. Thanks for your help. |
