Which Rolex to Take on Holiday? (SS GMT II vs TT SubC vs RG Daytona)

Guys,

I will be going on holiday to Spain, France, Italy and Switzwerland next December....cant decide which watch to take with me?

SS GMT II --> Nice to have the second timezone feature + flying under the radar

TT SubC --> Rugged, built like a tank, Perfect for the rainy days in Europe

RG Daytona --> Newly acquired, cant take it off, but too flashy for holiday

Glad to hear your opinions guys,
