Looking to Buy this Rolex. I need help!!!!

Hello everyone;

I am looking at buying a used Rolex. The model number is 1675/0B. And the serial number is 1820541.

It is a GMT Master with original Pepsi Bezel,one link of the band will need to be replaced as it is dented.

The watch is 1 owner comes with box but not the original paperwork. It does come with paperwork from Rolex as it was serviced in 2002. As well it comes with a history report from Rolex.

I am buying it at a reputable Rolex dealer.

I have a couple of questions---

1) Should it be serviced? It was done in 2002, but has not been worn since.

2) What is a Matt dial? and is it rare? The dial on this watch is an off white.

3) Can you replace just a link of the band?

4) What in your opinion is the value of this watch?
