I have a Classic MB Pencil (.7 mm) and find it quite useful. It is hard enough to be seen and soft enough to be easily erased. It is also not easily seen from a few feet away. So, if you are taking notes or doodling, it will not be easy to see if you are in a meeting.

If someone asks you to comment on a document, you can write a quick note that can be erased. If you are having a meeting, and do not have time to do a PowerPoint and are use using a paper chart, you can write side notes to yourself that no one else can see.

If you have to scramble to find a piece of paper to write a phone number down, if you write it on something important, you can erase it. jmho
