We got used at getting any watch that we like in just few hours but rolexes are becoming really common and i guess that rolex is trying to create an exclusive image again.
We are going to benefit from this cause demand will be higher, exclusivity bigger, prices will be higher and those that have a pretty big collection are going to see the value of their watches going up
I think that this is a necessary evil just my humble opinion

maybe this would be better as it's own thread so i'll just say this. i agree with what you're saying to a point. when you say "we" are going to benefit, i'm assuming you mean those of us that already own the watches. true, that's good for us. however, i'm thinking about the other guy. unless rolex is trying to position itself as an exclusive high end watch similar to pp, vc or ap, which i don't they are trying to do, the other side of the coin is that they create a barrier to entry for many.
