Servicing an ALS or GO

Good morning,

I am just wondering if any of the owners of either ALS or GO models have had them serviced?. As far as I know the Jewler in Montreal ships them to Germany. He made the comment once that ALS service takes incredibly long.

I am not aware of either brand has a service center in North America.

Does that mean fedex to Germany if something goes wrong ?
