Daytona is a men's watch, but that doesn't stop women from wearing them. Also one could argue that very few Daytona models might be more feminine in nature than others.

Personally, I do like the watch you have pictured above, however with the black dial. Too much RG for my taste. Of course all of this is subjective and depends on what catches your eye the most.

I do not see why you wouldn't be able to wear this watch as well if you do indeed buy it for her.
