If I were the seller, I'd thought you could communicated much better. An interested buyer keeps in touch and make sure the
item is not being sold. I probably would have interpreted it as your interest in the item was not as big. Of course, I'd been pissed if you promised 2 times to transfer the payment. You are certainly honest in business, but you should maintain a good reputation and a good business ethic so you should probably act differently in the future. Sorry for your loss.
