Cost of insuring our watches...opinions please

I live in France (where all insurance is expensive) and have finally found a company that is prepared to insure my watches.

The cover is all risks and world-wide. The cost works out at minutely under 2% of the value insured (1950€ per year for 100,000€ worth of watches).

Please tell me if this sounds cheap/fair/expensive to you.
