Nice display but you're almost asking for trouble with it. Especially when you utilize a cleaning service that, apparently, you have some doubts about.
Insurance is your best option, if you can get it.
I'd suggest you install an alarm system in your home and include several surveillance cameras that record to a hard drive. If someone were to steal your watches at least you'd have a recording to give to police.
