RSC experience and Sub Bezel advice
I wanted to share my experinece at RSC in Toronto today.
As some of you know, I renectly bought a 5513 from trusted seller greekbum I'm loving the watch but in the last couple of days I noticed that one of the spring bars was loose or broken. I contacted RSC in Toronto and spoke to Raphael, who said just bring it on in and he'll replace it. I brought the watch in and he replaced the spring bar, (it was in fact broken). When it came time to pay, they said no charge I felt obligated to offer something, but they insisted on providing the repair at no charge. I certainly wasn't expecting this, especially given that the watch is 47 years old, but I was super greatful for the stellar service! RSC Toronto is thumbs up in my books! I just thought I'd share this great experinece with you all |
