Need help for vintage Tudor Ranger

I got this vintage Tudor Ranger from a junk man recently. I was curious about this watch so I did some research on it. It seems to me that my watch should be a Tudor Ranger II given its bezel, but the dial wrote Ranger only. Is my dial original or it should have been for Tudor Ranger I? I am a bit confused here. Does anyone know about this?
