After 9 months of daily use my BLNR runs an honest +2 SPD when worn 24/7. If I put it crown up overnight I can get the daily average to be closer to +.5 SPD, losing ~ a second in that position overnight. I sleep with my watch on and I'm very happy with +2 SPD. If I'm very active (which is not too often) or rest it face up it can get to closer to +3 SPD.

About every week I pull the crown out and hack it for 10 seconds to set it back to atomic time.
