3185 in a GMTIIC?!
So, the 3186 in the 16710 is all the rage.
BUT... is the 3185 in a 116713 even rarer? I'm not sure if it's a misprint in the Antiquorum catalog for May's auction. http://www.antiquorum.com/eng/may_catalogue.html But lot #371 shows a two-tone GMTIIC with a very early Z-serial that states it has a 3185 w. the Breguet hairspring (non-Parachrom Blu). Misprint? I actually would think it's a misprint. Even if it wasn't and it has a 3185... don't think it would be all that collectible. I would think it would devalued the watch. Just thought it was interesting. What you think? |
