hirsch strap broke after use

Hi everyone, I wanted to post this to see if I can get some advice.

I purchased a Hirsch Grand Duke (black w/ black stitch) on the Hirsch website on 2/21. I strapped it onto my Omega Speedmaster and wore it about 5-6 times until last Sunday (3/1). On Sunday, while I was putting the watch strap through the first looper/keeper, the keeper snapped completely off on one side.

I messaged Hirsch through their website explaining the situation but have not heard a response yet. I would call but I live in US and they are based in the UK. Anyone have any advice on the next step I should take?
