SD4000 116600 and DeepSea D-Blue 116660

The Sea Dweller IMO is the most iconic Rolex sports watch.

Ever since I tried on the Deep Sea it has intrigued me, the 44mm built is perfect and I love how tall it rests on my wrist

The SD4000 is about the same price as the Deep Sea.
Isn't that odd or have I been misquoted?
Why would any one not buy the Deep Sea which is so much more of a watch?

The D-Blue is absolutely gorgeous, but it is 30% more expensive than the Deep Sea, which apart from the coloured dial is essentially the same watch. Are there any other differences that I have missed?
This huge price difference will take time to digest.

The D-Blue is so going to get me into trouble.
