Info on 18k Rolex 4500

I had a wanted advert out for a vintage Rolex (pre 70's) and have been offered a nice Rolex 4500 in original condition and it has the 18k gold case. Overall condition is 'good' considering the year but the seller is looking for offers on the watch.

Before I look in to it any more can anyone tell me roughly what these are selling for as the only ones I can see seem to be the stainless case.

As you would expect no box or papers. I can attach photos shortly.

It looks very similar to this except rather than numbers on the dial it has markers at the hour points.
