Continuing the 111 search, no warranty card

Hi all,
Im still pursuing a 111 and have even considered a brand new piece. Need some help, this seller has an F series, but NO WARRANTY card. I'm wondering how much does that affect price and does the watch look authentic. I want to pull the trigger, but looking for advice.
