Its warming up here in Toronto...

Why Not?

I own and run a mid size company that specializes in home revitalization and design. A typical work day is 18 to 20 hours for me, and has been for the last 5+ years.

Bill Gates said it best - "I never took at day off in my 20's", and its true, I turned 30 last fall and I can't remember the last day I had off. I get asked a lot how did I get to where I am today. There is only one answer - Hard Work.

You can have the best product, a great idea, a blue print to go to market, even amazing customer service but if you don't have a work ethic behind it...you won't make it.

Well, 20 hours a day basically 7 days a week gives me opportunities most won't see. To any of you who are small business owners trying to make it happen, keep pushing through. If you work in corporate, stay later than everyone else get in before everyone else. Always look for opportunity.

Its a good life...
