Opinions on this extremely well-worn watch

Irrespective of the scaring overhauling and fix-up charges, mainly just for the purpose of fun, to some extent, I do have the intention to buy it as a prototype for a restoration.

Do you guys think this extremely well-worn, thin-lugs watch head, dirty dial, improper bezel and improper short & loose bracelet, a genuine one?

Suspicious of scrummy tricks as used to be...why always blurred photos? (smile)
