Quick update:
Got the watch back today, the problem seems to have been eradicated. They took the watch apart as I am led to believe and I believe once they have put it back together they have tightened something and that is it corrected and thus they wanted me to go for a service. I have spoken with the seller who would have corrected the problem under warranty but I am going to keep the watch for now as it is not exhibiting any problems.
