As being someone who works for someone/many other people.. I don't care what they own. I don't care about their car or watch. No matter the income level, financial stability is always on the individuals mind. They only reason I'd see someone making judgement is if you have all sorts of flashy stuff and your employees slave everyday with no reward. I think if you're genuinely taking care of them, they won't care. If you are crying poverty and not giving raises and/or asking more of them with little recognition for what they're doing... then they might start nit picking at things you own. A person I know is in that exact situation. She's been working in a job that only has a few people... boss cries poverty yet has a nice 2 tone rolex, brand new Benz and is sending both kids to 50k plus a year schools. Only you know if it's appropriate or not
