'34 Oyster 14k... Advice Please

So I ran into a 1934 14k Oyster today at an antique sale. Sorry no pics. 29mm ladies on aftermarket leather.

The watch is running smooth, case in excellent condition, face and hands have moderate patina and appear origional, decent glass.

I researched the movement and serial #'s and it all checks out. Dealer wants $485.

I certainly don't need another ladies watch and don't have a good feel for this deep vintage Rolex market. Ive seen asking prices all over the map for similar watches, but I really don't know what they sell for.

So, do go back and pick her up?
Safe queen?
Flip?
Gift to Mom?

OR, Don't do it and save money for something sweet?

Thanks for any advice
