GMT Master (16710) and Sub cases the same...

I have been told that both cases have the same measures. The differences are in the crystal and caseback, and of course the crowns. But would it be possible then, theoretically, to put together a GMT Master Sub? This is, a Sub with the GMT movement, hands and dial?

Just curious....

Regards
