The 9 weeks leave per annum does not include Long Service Leave. A set amount of Long Service Leave is pre-determined at 10 years, 15 years, 20 years and so forth. If I choose to purchase the additional 2 weeks annual leave, I'l have 11 weeks in total per annum.

Not as many holidays as Teachers though. I would not do their job for quids. I was brought up in the days of the leather strap and the cane at school. I am old school when it comes to discipline... Just my opinion here, but it did not hurt me while I was gowing up.

I would sooner deal with offenders (Perps - US Police Terminology) than deal with unruly school children.
