Just received my watch back from service, watch was taken to my local AD who forwarded it to Rolex at Bexley.

Cost of service was £810, I asked AD if he had a receipt or invoice from Rolex as I wanted to see breakdown of costs.

He replied " Rolex do not sent breakdown of cost, they just send total cost ",
I found this strange but took him at his word.

On reflection, is this the case or just his way of adding a hidden cost?.
I understand that postage and insurance would be added.

Any thoughts on the way AD has delt with this matter would be appreciated.
