How many "revolutions" to wind a rolex?

i was wondering if Rolex specifies how many revolutions the watch needs to wind in a watchwinder?

i always just did it by trial and error (my scatola boxes have a 10 position switch that varies the revolutions from 700 - 4800 per day, each way). The lowest i can set it to (700 revolutions each way or 1400 revs total) work fine on my watches.

also does it vary by watch/movement much, or are the movements similar?

thanks
