Getting a honeymoon Rolex in Europe

my first post. in this forum. Joined the forum in 2008 when i first bought my sub but never posted any stuff. :p

Needed some help - I will be going to Europe for my honeymoon and am planning to get a "honeymoon" rolex for memento. I will be in Italy (Florence and Rome) and France (Paris) and i am intending to get a daytona - either SS or TT.

I have looked through the threads in the forum but still need some help, so please bear with me - A couple of questions

1 - Is it even likely to find a SS daytona in these cities? Was told that i will need to pay a premium price in any of the authorised dealer in Europe

2 - How many % can i hope for if i am getting a TT daytona in Rome/Florence/Paris?

3 - Any recommended rolex authorised dealers that i should visit in Rome or Florence?
