Newbie with a Sub itch! Pls help?

So A few yrs ago I bought an Omega PO and loved it. Then just this past January I treated myself to a new DJII in blue and adore it. Ever since, the 45.5 PO felt very large and I just SOLD it. Now I have room for what I should have bought in the first place. A no date Sub!

I have been reading many threads here (all great ty) and learning about the various models and series. There was one post with the diff years and models/series that was super helpful but I can't seem to find it. Can some one repost it please?

I am leaning toward a minty 14060M. I really appreciate the clean look of this watch.

Some q's:

If I buy an older version it will need service correct?
Even if its new old stock? Every 7 yrs or so?
Any sources the forum trusts/recommends?

I live in Tor, Canada and would love a FTF dealer/seller if poss.
