I'm curious what people's thoughts are on the Cartier Roadster Chrono XL pictured below. I recently heard that the entire Roadster line has been discontinued by Cartier. Is this true? While Cartier isn't a Rolex, AP, or PP, I do consider the brand to be in the upper echelon.

My question to the community regards appreciation of this watch in years to come. Since it's discontinued, do people think the price will rise in the pre-owned market?

Any input would be sweet!
