New member upgrading my collection

Good day all,

I am considering the 41mm datejust ii for a upgrade, I currently own SS 36mm 16234-k purchase new in 2001, my wife has 28mm white gold bezel purchase new 2004, looking to upgrade her to 36mm or give her mines or the 31mm.

My question is which dail is best (I know it my final say) but I love the Roman numeral
Dail which we both have already. The 41mm SS WG with the blue Roman dail or the black looks dark grey Roman numeral or the more sporty Arabic numeral it look awesome when illuminating, not sure which one to pull the trigger on.
?? Also I paid retail before from Tourneau AD and would not mind buying like new or BNIB just has to be from a trustworthy seller.
